A firm built so that letting go costs us nothing.

Two principals, no outside capital, and a small number of engagements at a time. The structure is the point.

Aaron Oliver, Telios Technology Partners— delivery and engineering.

Delivery & Engineering

Aaron owns technical delivery end to end: architecture, implementation, and the handover itself. Two decades leading software organizations, and a particular strength in transition — moving real systems from build into production, then into someone else's hands. When the asset transfers, he's the one who makes sure it actually runs on your side.

Strategy, Clients, & Speaking

Craig is the first conversation and stays through the engagement. Three decades as an operating executive, most recently as President of the Americas and Global COO at Calibre Scientific — roughly $400M in revenue, 900 people, 12 countries, and 30-plus acquisitions integrated. He approaches AI as an operating model question, not a technology one.

No investor is waiting for us to trap you

We're self-funded. No outside capital, no board seat sold, no investor expecting an exit that depends on locked-in recurring revenue.

That isn't a values statement, it's an arithmetic one. A venture-backed competitor is valued on retention — it can't let clients graduate, because its own financing forbids it. We can, because ours doesn't.

We also keep the client count deliberately small. Growth comes from new relationships and the referrals the last engagement earned, not from extracting more from the clients we already have.

The trade-offs we accepted on purpose

A promise you can't afford isn't a promise. Here's what ours costs us.

Revenue per client declines by design. Full engagement, then the option to take it in-house. That's the thesis working, not revenue leaking.

The handover is paid work, not a favor. We charge for migration and training. Charging says something a discount never could: ownership is valuable, and we hand it over properly.

Reputation is the entire growth engine. With no lock-in, we're only ever as strong as the last engagement and the referral it earned. That's a harder way to grow, and the only one consistent with what we tell clients.
