SERVICES
We build AI into the work your business already does.
Not a platform. Not a pilot that never ships. A working system inside one of your real workflows, built alongside the people who run it, and yours to keep.
WHERE WE START
Where we usually start
Most owners already know where it hurts. It’s the workflow that depends on two people remembering everything, the inbox nobody fully trusts, the report that eats a Friday. Those are the places we build first.
01
Judgment that lives in a few people’s heads.
Every company has decisions only certain people know how to make: what to reorder, what to quote, what to escalate. When those people are out, the work waits. We capture how they decide and build it into a system that makes the call the same way and shows its reasoning.
For example: preparing a weekly buy list the way your most experienced buyer would.
02
Information that arrives in a mess.
Orders by email, requests as PDFs, details scattered across inboxes. Someone spends their day sorting before anyone can act. We build the system that reads it, routes it, and makes sure nothing sits unowned.
For example: turning a shared order inbox into work with a clear owner and a clock on it.
03
Knowledge that gets said but never written down
Your team makes decisions on calls and in meetings that never reach your system of record. That knowledge disappears when the call ends. We capture it, structure it, and put it where your business can use it.
For example: moving the substance of every client call into the system your team already works in.
THE KNOWLEDGE ADVANTAGE™
What it adds up to
Your business runs on a handful of systems that were never designed to talk to each other: the ERP, the CRM, email, the phones, the spreadsheets that fill the gaps between them. Each one holds part of the picture. No one holds all of it.
Every workflow we build connects to the systems you already run and brings what it learns into one foundation: your customers, your orders, your decisions, and the reasoning behind them, in one place your business can actually use.
The first workflow lays that foundation. Every workflow after it builds on it, and each one makes the next one faster and smarter. Over time, you’re not collecting AI tools. You’re building a single body of company intelligence that grows with the business.
That’s the Knowledge Advantage: the intelligence your competitors can’t buy, because it’s built from how your business actually works. And when the day comes, all of it transfers to you.
That’s what we mean by intelligence you own.
HOW IT WORKS
How an engagement works
01
Stage One
ONE WORKFLOW, 45 DAYS
We agree with your leadership on a single workflow, name an owner on your side, and build it into production. Fixed scope, fixed fee. You see it working on your own data before anything else is decided.
02
Stage Two
A MONTHLY BUILD RHYTHM
If it works, we take on the next workflows month by month, built with your team rather than delivered to them.
03
Ongoing Support
WE STAY ON
When the build work is done, we stay on to maintain and improve what we built. Some clients pause after one workflow and come back when they’re ready for the next.
04
The Transfer
WHENEVER YOU WANT IT
The code, prompts, documentation, environment, and training move to you. That right is written into the agreement from day one.
WORKING TOGETHER
What we need from you
One person who owns the workflow.
Not IT by default. The person who lives with the problem every day.
Access to the systems involved.
We build on what you already run.
Leadership time at the start.
Picking the right first workflow is the most important decision in the engagement.
ALSO FROM TELIOS
AI policy and governance
Before a build, or alongside one: acceptable use, data protection, access controls, and training, written for how your company actually operates, with a roadmap tied to real workflows instead of a binder.
Keynotes and workshops
We speak to owner-led rooms about applying AI inside real operating companies: keynotes, half-day workshops, and leadership sessions. Most of our clients met us in one.
FOR CAPITAL PARTNERS
Private equity firms, family offices, and banks bring us into portfolio companies on the same terms we offer everyone: the system belongs to the company. Owned intellectual property shows up in enterprise value. A subscription shows up as a cost.
